If you are traveling to Orlando for business then the airport is an ideal choice. Of the 100,000 hotels rooms in the city, some 6,000 are located either inside or near the Orlando International Airport.

One of our favorites is the Hyatt Regency which is located on the eastern end of the airport.  Yes, it is inside the terminal. This is the ultimate in convenience for those travelers looking to fly-in have their business meeting spend the night and get back on the plane for another destination. This four star hotel has been awarded the Gold Key Award for Meetings and Conventions Magazine and is huge plum in the Hyatt system.

Holiday Inn Select Orlando Airport…This four star upper scale holiday Inn has just completed a massive renovation effort designed to feature all of the amenities any business traveler could ever want. It is located just one mile from the Orlando International Airport and offers free shuttle service to all guest 24 hours per day.  You will find in each of the spacious guest rooms: high speed internet, coffee makers, iron and ironing boards and of course the hairdryer. If you are looking to hold your meeting, the conference center and meeting facilities are most attractive.

Embassy Suites Orlando Airport Hotel…This fine hotel is a member of the Hilton family. At the Embassy business guests find the spaciousness of a two room suite to their liking. Most visitors are not aware that the airport is located some 35 minutes by car from the attractions. Since these hotels are in high demand with guests coming to Orlando for business they do not feature  scheduled shuttle service to the attractions.
