If you are coming to visit on of our 52 different theme parks in Orlando then you probably will not want to stay in the downtown area; however, the Orlando’s downtown area is really nice and offers some really nice hotels to stay in.  Downtown Orlando is pretty easy to get to from all the major theme parks it is just a short 25 minute drive up Interstate 4. Our downtown area is not large and we don’t’ have nearly as many high rises as you might imagine (there are more being built every year).

Orlando offers quite a few really nice 5 star hotels in the Downtown area. One of the best hotels I have ever been in is the Westin Grand Bohemian Hotel. WOW! This hotel offers executive rooms as well as suites, and corporate suites. When building this hotel you could tell that price was not an issue it was all about quality. The average nightly rate at this hotel is in excess of $200 a night, but it is probably the nicest hotel Orlando has to offer.
