When we booked the Hawthorne Suites, we were told that the hotel just finished a major renovation. WOW! You weren’t kidding I think we were the first people to stay in the room. Hotel is beautiful.

The Hawthorne Suites staff is amazing. My daughter lost her American Girl doll in the hotel and the nice lady at the front desk spent 2 hours searching the hotel after her shift and found the doll. Great Customer Service!

The Hawthorn Suites is a really nice property, and we couldn’t believe we got it for the price we did. The Free breakfast was nothing special, but hey it was Free. The pool area is amazing.

The Hawthorne Suites was nice, but the 305 seconds to Disney World is a stretch. Maybe 305 seconds to the front entrance to Disney but we had to drive another 15 minutes to get to one of the parks. The shuttle service only runs a few times during the day. The Hawthorne should really look into providing a more complete shuttle schedule, the hotel is really nice but it was a pain getting to Disney World.
