2) Know the Cancellation Policy - Please note, in order to receive the absolute best deal on  hotels they are probably going to require you to pay in advance. The reasoning is simple: they sell certain rooms at a base price and then build upon that base rate. Kissimmee hotels are very leery to have guests get their best rate then pay for the hotel room at the front desk. Their concern is that another guest who is paying a higher rate, may find that another guest is paying a cheaper rate and demand that price. We Guarantee that our prices are the absolute lowest the hotel offers. We only ask for a small deposit to make the reservation and the remaining balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival. If you should need to cancel your hotel near Disney World...not a problem as long as you let us know 15 days prior to your arrival we will refund you the deposit minus a small $15 processing fee.
